The rooms at Ilkay Hotel are cozy and comfortable with carpeted floors, making it feel like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the TV with satellite channels in the room a bit outdated.

Some of our favorite spots such as basilica cistern were so close to the hotel. In love with ilkay. We liked our time at the venue, THANKS A LOT.

Location, Location , Location. Clean and plenty of room . We were a couple but got upgraded to a family room with a lounge area. Breakfast was great and we were so close to all of the major must see and do attractions. Fantastic value for money, free internet and polite and well presented staff
Can be a little noisy at night...but if you want to be where the action is.....

i didnt like nothing. old hotel old furniture cold rooms. the price for staff is expansive. ilkay otel its not 3 stars otel, its 1 stars hotel!!!

We were initially assigned a small room, but the hotel staff quickly rectified the situation and moved us to a much more comfortable and spacious room. The staff was understanding and resolved our issues promptly. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with major tourist attractions just a short walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and responsive staff.

The Ilkay Hotel is in a great location. It is close to all the attractions, restaurants, ferries etc. We were able to get a suite for our family at a reasonable price. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Located conveniently near the tram station, this hotel is well-connected to all the sightseeing places via metro and ferry. the rooms are clean and comfortable with complimentary toiletries and unlimited breakfast buffet. There is even a fridge and a safe in the room for added convenience.
The hotel rooms may not be large enough to accommodate more than two people comfortably.

Very pleasant surprise! We arrived with night flight and they not only enabled us early check in (7.30am) but we could see selection of rooms that were ready and chose the one we liked most. Hotel's location is excellent - tram a minute walk away, lots of attractions nearby. It seems that a part of the hotel where we stayed in was recently renovated - rooms had modern design, bathroom was spotlessly clean, good quality overall.
There wes no mini bar or safe in the room, however to us this was not important.

We were given an unrenovated room with holes in the carpet, smell of smoke, and terrible bathroom. These rooms should not be offered to guests.
